Cixi Shunda Industrial Co., Ltd. is a technology-based enterprise specializing in the production of fully automatic and double bucket series household electric washing machines. The enterprise started with washing machine parts products and has now developed, produced, and sold more than 120 products in 18 series of fully automatic and double bucket washing machines. It is a backbone enterprise in the washing machine industry, especially the pulsator fully automatic washing machine, which is at the forefront of the industry. The enterprise also holds the core technology of the three main components of washing machines, including motors, reduction clutches, and programmable controllers. These accessories are all independently produced and self-sufficient, and their production capacity has reached the top 5 in the industry.
The enterprise is located in the western area of Guanhaiwei Industrial Park, Cixi City, Zhejiang Province. Currently, the factory covers an area of more than 150 acres, with a building area of 150000 square meters and nearly a thousand employees, including 10% of professional and technical research and development personnel. We have industry-leading production and testing equipment, 5 fully automatic production lines and 1 drum production line, over 60 types of servo/energy-saving variable frequency injection molding machines, and 90% of injection molding machines are operated by robotic arms. From the production of the "Little Peacock" double bucket washing machine in 2000, the production of the first fully automatic washing machine in November 2003, to the successful development of the first drum washing machine in September 2005; From the independent research and development of the core component of the washing machine, the fully automatic reducer, to the independent production of the programmable controller and motor, Shunda has been deeply involved in the washing machine industry, continuously developing towards the high-end industry chain. According to data from the Zhejiang Household Appliance Association in 2006, Shunda's production and sales of fully automatic washing machines were already among the top three in Zhejiang Province at that time. The company also participated in drafting and formulating the national standard for washing machines in 2008, becoming one of the main drafting units for the "Household and Similar Use Electric Washing Machines" (GB/T4288-2008) standard.
