Warranty period and scope: 1. The entire Little Peacock semi-automatic washing machine is covered by a one-year warranty, and the main components are covered by a three-year warranty (for business activities or use in public places, the entire machine is covered by a three-month warranty and the main components are covered by a six-month warranty). Users can contact the distributor for warranty with a valid invoice. Main components: motor, capacitor, timer, reducer.
2. The Little Peacock fully automatic washing machine comes with a three-year warranty for the entire machine and a ten-year free warranty for the three major components (computer board, motor, clutch) (for business activities or use in public places, the entire machine is covered for ten months and the three major components are covered for one year). Users can enjoy the warranty with valid invoices or warranty certificates. Main components: motor, capacitor, timer, reducer, computer board, clutch.
3. The Little Peacock fully automatic drum washing machine comes with a one-year warranty for the entire machine and a three-year warranty for the main components (for business activities or use in public places, the entire machine is covered by a three-month warranty and the main components are covered by a one-year warranty). Users can enjoy the warranty with valid invoices or warranty certificates. Main components: motor, capacitor, drainage pump, programmable controller, temperature controller, inlet valve, solenoid valve, water level sensor, door switch, door lock, filter.
4. The warranty period shall be calculated from the date of issuance of the invoice. If there is no invoice, the warranty period shall be extended by 6 months from the date of manufacture. If there is no invoice, paid services shall be provided to the user. If the production date of the repair user exceeds 3 years and 6 months, Party B shall provide a copy of the invoice (or original purchase certificate), otherwise it will be treated as an out of warranty service;
Precautions for maintenance fees
If two types of parts are replaced simultaneously during on-site maintenance at a branch: ① one part is within the warranty period and the other part is outside the warranty period, the branch will only charge the user for the over warranty parts, and the company will settle the maintenance fees for the service items during the warranty period with the branch; ② Both components are within the warranty period, and the settlement fee will be based on the highest maintenance fee provided; ③ Both types of components are outside the warranty period, and only the highest maintenance fee will be charged to the user. No duplicate maintenance fees shall be charged to the user, and all accessory fees shall be collected;
The "Three Guarantees" for the Little Peacock washing machine: If the product has a quality problem that cannot be repaired during the "Three Guarantees" period, and the user requests a return or exchange of the machine, the technical (quality) appraisal must be conducted by Party B's unit, and then approved by our company's after-sales service department before the return or exchange procedures can be processed according to regulations. For more precautions, please refer to the relevant provisions of the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China and the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China.
The Little Peacock washing machine is not covered by free warranty
Any of the following reasons is not covered by the free warranty:
1. Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage by consumers;
2. Damage caused by dismantling by non authorized maintenance departments of Party A;
3. Without warranty card, settlement voucher, and valid invoice;
4. Damage caused by uncontrollable factors;
5. Damage caused by unstable or fluctuating power supply voltage exceeding 187V-242V;
6. Consumers who request installation, debugging, and other services due to moving or non product quality issues;
7. Warranty cards, settlement vouchers, and valid invoices that do not match or have been altered with the repaired product model, and do not have barcodes;
8. Sellers can offer a price reduction, and products indicated on the invoice are eligible for the refrigeration system warranty service under the three guarantee policy, but are not eligible for free returns, exchanges, or full machine warranty.
